Anti-Spam.

Dynam Labs, Inc. does not send unsolicited commercial email, and does not allow anyone to advertise dynamlabs.com, its subdomains, or our products that way. This applies to us, our partners and resellers, affiliates, and any third party acting on our behalf.

"Unsolicited" means any commercial message sent to someone who has not asked for it or who does not have an existing business relationship with the sender, including mail sent to purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped address lists.

  Transactional email: replies to enquiries, order and shipping updates, partner portal invitations, and password resets. These go only to people who contacted us or have an account or order with us.

  Newsletter: people who sign up on our website must confirm their address by clicking a link we email them (double opt-in) before they receive anything. Business partners we already work with may receive product updates as part of that relationship.

  Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we stop sending as soon as someone uses it.

  We never buy, rent, harvest, or scrape email addresses.

  Our mail is sent from domains we control and is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, so receivers can tell genuine Dynam Labs mail from forgeries.

Partners, resellers, installers, and anyone else promoting Dynam Labs products must not advertise dynamlabs.com or our products using unsolicited email, purchased or scraped lists, or any messaging that breaks anti-spam law, such as the US CAN-SPAM Act or the EU and UK rules on electronic marketing.

If we learn that someone is doing so, we will tell them to stop, and we may end the partnership or reseller relationship.

If you received unsolicited email that mentions Dynam Labs, dynamlabs.com, or our products, or that appears to come from us, please forward it with its full headers to info@dynamlabs.com. We investigate every report.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last Updated" date.
